INSURANCE
A minimum of $2,000,000 general liability insurance is
required for all events. The Mississippi
Coast Coliseum Commission must be named as additional insured.
PARKING
A parking fee is charged to all clients using any portion of
the facility:
Consumer shows - $1.50 per person – added to ticket
All other events - $3.00 per car
The only exceptions for parking will be:
Convention groups
High school/ college graduation
Tradeshows not open to the public
Functions with under 500 in
attendance who are the sole user of the facilities at the time of the event.
COMMUNICATIONS
All communications requests including, but not limited to
telephone lines, Internet connections, e-mail capabilities must be contracted
through American Systems Technology (AST).
