ELECTRICITY SERVICE

A. Outside service for RV’s will be provided for a charge of $30.00 per night. (Based on availability.)

 

B. Outside electric service and Show Floor electric service will be provided by the following schedule:

NOTE: The Mississippi Coast Coliseum can only provide limited services for electrical equipment and installation of said equipment.  Availability and rate to be determined per group.  MCCCC does not provide extension cords or standard power strips.

INSURANCE

A minimum of $2,000,000 general liability insurance is required for all events.  The Mississippi Coast Coliseum Commission must be named as additional insured.

 

 

 

 

 

PARKING

A parking fee is charged to all clients using any portion of the facility:

Consumer shows - $1.50 per person – added to ticket

All other events - $3.00 per car

 

The only exceptions for parking will be:

Convention groups

High school/ college graduation

Tradeshows not open to the public

Functions with under 500 in attendance who are the sole user of the facilities at the time of the event.

 

COMMUNICATIONS

All communications requests including, but not limited to telephone lines, Internet connections, e-mail capabilities must be contracted through American Systems Technology (AST).  Phone: 888-858-7905

 

SECURITY

All security is provided by Wackenhut Security Services, Inc. and arranged through the MCCC Event Services Coordinator.  Please see price list under “Labor”.

 

MCCC BUSINESS CENTER

Business Services are provided in the MCCC main business office Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.  Limited services may be available on Holidays and weekends through the Administrator on duty.

Fax sent: $2.00 1st page, $1.00 each page thereafter

Copies: $.20 per copy, $.10 per copy with paper

Typing Service: $25.00 1st hour/ 1 hour minimum, $18.00 each additional hour
