Shattered began as four individuals from different walks of life, sharing the same vision for their spiritual life. This vision is to be used by God to the fullest extent. To live the big storyline of life that God has prepared for them.
The sole purpose of Shattered is to stand as a witness that God can use anyone, anywhere, any time. God doesn't care where you've been, who you were, or what your appearance may be. He looks at the skills and abilities that He has given you and what you have done with those gifts. We feel that so many people young in Christ get trapped in "religion". What God really desires from us is a real and personal relationship with Him. It's not all about the rules to be followed or the works to be done; it's about knowing God and Him knowing you. Through life's experiences, trials and tests, so the songs of Shattered emerged and from this, Shattered was birthed.
Amee Dukes - Vocals
Amee made a decision very early in life to follow Christ and like most teenagers she fell away. But, God used those times in her life to create a great woman in Christ. A woman with a passion for lost souls and an excitement for music that helps reveal the truth of the life we live.
Adam Cook - Electric Guitar
Adam also made a decision at a young age to follow God. He has grown up with a love for music and longing to express the skills that God is blessing him with. He is a talented young man with a drive for reaching teens who may feel bogged down in religion.
Renzo Ruiz - Bass Guitar
Renzo grew up in Peru, where Catholicism is highly evident. Through all that, God has continually moved through his life in a mighty way. Renzo accepted Christ before moving to the U.S. and he has let his life be used effectively for God's ministry. He has a great appreciation for music and is on fire for God.
Jason Dukes - Drums
Jason has grown up with great Godly influences. He accepted Christ as a child and is genuinely committed to reach as many spiritual wanderers as possible with the message God has given him. He is dedicated to play music with a meaning, which is what we all believe. Over the years he has grown into a great Godly influence for people young and old.
