Accessibility

The Mississippi Coast Coliseum & Convention Center is an ADA-compliant facility and recognizes the needs of those with disabilities, striving to provide a full range of accommodations for guests to ensure their safety, comfort and enjoyment of all our events.

ADA Parking

There are handicap parking spaces available in parking lots 1, 2, and 3, as well as the parking garage. Spaces are on a "first come, first served" basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
Drop-offs and pick-ups for ADA guests may be done in front of the Convention Center and Arena.

ADA Seating

To order accessible seating tickets, contact Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000, visit Ticketmaster.com, or visit the Arena Box Office. At the Coast Coliseum, we hold seats in various areas of our facility for patrons who require wheelchair access, as well as those with visual and hearing impairments and those who have limited mobility (but do not require the use of a wheelchair).
The Arena has accessible seating located in various levels of the Arena at all price categories. Seating for the visually/hearing impaired is available in the lower level. All levels of the Arena, with the exception of the balcony, are accessible by elevator.
The Convention Center is conveniently located on one level. All seating areas in the Convention Center are handicap-accessible.

Assisted Listening Systems (ALS)

For guests that are hearing impaired, the Arena provides Assisted Listening System (ALS) devices at no cost. ALS devices are available in our Administration Office located on the south side of the Arena. It is recommended that guests call in advance to reserve ALS devices.

Accessible Public Restrooms

The Arena is equipped with one (1) private unisex/family restroom (companion-friendly) located on the south side of the Arena. The Convention Center has four (4) family restrooms: one by Hall E, one by Exhibit Hall 1, and two on the north side of the Exhibit halls. Additionally, all other restrooms in the facility are handicap accessible.

Service Animals

We welcome service animals or other animals that are trained to do work or perform a task for the benefit of an individual with a disability.
