INTERIOR SIGNAGE PACKAGE
• (4) backlit panels (6.5’ x 1.5’), one on each side of center hung Daktronics scoreboard.
• (2) backlit advertising panels (4’ x 6’), one on each end scoreboard.
• Video advertising on (7’ x 9.5’) 12mm video board. Minimum of (2) 30 second pre-produced spots will run per event.
• Sign face for all fixed panels on center hung and end scoreboards
• Production allowance for advertising copy on fixed panels
• Premium seat access for all public ticketed events. (Advertiser has the right to purchase up to 10 price level 1 seats for all public ticketed functions.)

EXTERIOR SIGNAGE PACKAGE
This package includes messaging on our electronic marquee/advertising sign on the south west entrance of the property on US Highway 90.
• Inclusion of your corporate logo/ advertising trademark on our electronic sponsor advertising display (lower board) in every sequence. A sequence consists of all annual sign sponsors logo/ advertising trademarks. Up to three different messages permitted - one per sequence. Panels measure 22’8 wide x 4’8” tall.
• Inclusion of your advertising message on the electronic message center (upper level) in every sequence. Your message can advertise products, promotional offers, or general sponsor information. A sequence consists of our annual sponsor’s message and our event messages. Up to three different messages permitted - one per sequence. Panel measures 22’8” wide x 12’ tall.
• Logos, advertising trademarks, product messages can be changed on a weekly basis.

In its 16th year, this event occurs in mid-April and enjoys attendance of over 50,000. With headline entertainers, rides by North American Midway Entertainment, Crawfish Cook-off, and much more. This is a regional favorite and recognized as one of the TOP 20 EVENTS by the Southeast Tourism Society.
