Ice Party Details

Party Package for 10 skaters INCLUDE: ($260.00 = $26 per person)

• FREE Admission for the birthday child
• Skate rental (sizes are reserved*)
• Reserved VIP party platform located adjacent to ice
• Access to ice for 90 minutes
• Coca-Cola products to serve 18 (6 Cokes, 6 Diet Cokes, 6 Sprites)
• One (2) large, single topping pizza (total of 16 slices - 8 slices per pizza)
• One (1) large basket of popcorn
• Paper Products for Food & Beverages will be supplied for Pizza and Drinks ONLY. (Not for Birthday Cake)
• Add a second pizza for an additional $30 (Contact Lauren Taylor with Levy #228-594-3742)
• Additional can beverages for $3 each (Contact Lauren Taylor with Levy #228-594-3742)
• $26.00 per 10 skaters – each additional skater is $13.00 and MUST be paid in advance to skate session.

PARTY POLICIES

• Party space is limited to (1) party per session. Reservations are first come, first served and a deposit of $130.00 secures your reservation. Parties may be reserved online, at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum Administration Office, or by calling 228-594-3700.
• A deposit of $130.00 is required at time of booking. No refunds. A confirmation email will be sent containing a link for final payment. Final payment amount is based on the number of skaters. ($26 per skater- minimum of 10 skaters) Final payment must be made 1 week prior to the scheduled party time by cash or credit card. Check payments are welcomed 14 days prior to the party date. A 3% Convenience Fee will be applied to ALL Credit Card Transactions.

• You must pay for a minimum of 10 skaters.
• You are welcome to bring a birthday cake and small favor bags. Balloons NOT allowed. You must provide your own paper products for Cake. (i.e.- Birthday Plates, Napkins, Forks/Spoons, Cups)
• NO ADDITIONAL FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED. Additional food and beverages may be ordered through Levy.
• Party platform comes with fifteen (15) chairs and two (2) 8 feet by 8 feet tables (8’x8’).
• Additional skaters may join your party without reserving skates for regular skate admission; however, we cannot guarantee skate sizes will be available.
• Skate sizes must be submitted 1 week prior to the scheduled party time to ensure availability. If skate sizes are not submitted with final payment 1 weeks prior to the scheduled party time, sizes will not be guaranteed. (*Please, provide normal shoe size, our skate room manager will determine the proper skate size).
• To calculate your balance, multiply the number of reserved skaters’ times $26.00, then subtract the $130 deposit.
  Example: 10 skaters x $26 = $260 -$130= $130
