DETAILS
  • Arrive on October 4, 2025, and Depart on October 12, 2025.
  • Move-in time
      • 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Saturday, October 4th
      • Sunday, October 5th- Please Reach out to Katelan King if you plan to move in this day.
      • ANYONE MOVING IN OUTSIDE OF THIS TIMEFRAME, PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR SPOT LOCATION WITH A BUILDING REPRESENTATIVE BEFORE DOING SO. YOU COULD BE ASKED TO MOVE/RELOCATE
  • Each space measures 60' x 20' and will accommodate one RV and 2 vehicles, plus a 10' x 10' tent.
  • All RVs must be self-contained. Water and sewer are NOT available.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have an exhaust smoke stack if the exhaust is not on the back of the RV/Camper.
  • All guests are allowed 2 vehicles ONLY in RV area- ADDITIONAL vehicles must park in the event parking lot, outside of the RV allotted area.
DEPOSITS & WEEKLY RATES
  • $100 Refundable Pet Deposit per 2 pets - *Pets must be on a leash. *Pet owners must pick up and properly dispose of pet litter. **Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a forfeit of your pet deposit.
  • Weekly rates for parking with electricity $1,000
  • Weekly rates without electricity $750
